Job Description

Duration - 6 - 8 Months for Dubai Global Event

Freshers will be considered as per their eligibility .



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma .



1-3 years’ experience in a similar role .



Relevant licenses and certificates may be required .



Courses in mechanical drawing, woodworking, electricity, and blueprint reading, would be advantageous .



Repair work experience .



Physical strength and good hand-eye coordination .



Excellent customer service and negotiation skills .



Leadership experience recommended .

 

Profile Description

Maintenance Assistant must ensure quality control standards are consistently met .

Assist contract maintenance staff including cleaning services, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC providers .

Keep track of supply and material inventories .

Maintenance Assistant must update maintenance logs .

Establish protocols for non-mechanical maintenance .

Maintenance Assistant should ensure basic tools and machinery are in working order by performing regular inspections .

Maintenance Assistant must assess procedures and make recommendations for improvement .

Handle purchasing of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other maintenance items while adhering to budget requirements .

Maintenance Assistant must take inventory of maintenance supplies and notify the Co-ordinator of low or depleted supplies .
