MUST HAVE: STEEL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Position Title: Scheduler SMP 1 Maintenance
Department: Central Shutdown & Planning
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities required
Demonstrated organizational, Planning and Scheduling skills
Knowledge and understanding of maintenance processes and proper use of the work order system, planning and scheduling
Clear view of interdependencies between production and maintenance processes
Advanced knowledge of scheduling software
Minimum Education Qualification (Education Degree)
Bacheloer in Degree or Engineering
Any preferred professional training
Turn Around or Major Shutdown planning ·
Maintenance Management diploma
SAP maintenance modules
Microsoft Project or Primavera Certification
Professional Experience (Must haves)
5 years Trade or engineering experience in relevant industry.
5 Years Planning and SAP maintenance module experience in relevant industry.
Key Performance Indicators
Compliance to Safety Targets as per Co. directive
· Standard Maintenance and Shutdown works management KPI including but not limited to:
· Work pack preparation compliance
· Maintenance Shutdown Backlog
· Executability and execution of work
· Readiness of spares for shutdowns
· Schedule compliance/Attainment
· Spares availability and correctness
