Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Recruiter professional to assist us in sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles internal and external. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for available jobs. Your goal will be to always meet clients’ needs by finding the right candidates who fit well with their business objectives and open positions.

• Responsible for driving performance, managing the recruitment team, and meeting recruitment targets as specified and directed by the client and company.

• Communicate with customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring requirements and organizational goals.

• Take charge of developing a strategy that efficiently and successfully fills open positions.

• Managing the workflow is essential to ensure that all transactions are completed on time and accurately.

• Hold meetings with the customer to discuss the deliverables and ways to improve the overall recruitment phase.

• To meet the deadline, make advanced plans, and reach an agreement with the customer on the requirements.

• Follow up with managers regularly to measure the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

• Plan the recruitment full cycle by the schedules that have been agreed upon with the client and managers.

• Work together with managers to determine specific hiring requirements.

• Find potential candidates by searching internet resources like job portals, HR consultancies, LinkedIn Naukri gulf, and other business-oriented social networks.

• Formulate position-specific job descriptions and relevant interview questions.

• Create a constant flow of qualified applicants by hosting and attending job fairs and other recruitment activities.

• Possess the capacity to source technically demanding skill sets via a number of techniques, including headhunting, social media, referral-centric sourcing tactics, professional networking, search and selection, and behavioral interviewing.

• Keep track of anything having to do with the hiring process, from interview notes to documentation, so that you can easily share it with the people who matter.

• Achieving and delivering on large volume recruitment numbers within the given turnaround time, KPIs, and SLAs for skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled, technical, non-technical, and professional staffing.

• Engaged in recruitment activities for oil and gas, EPC, power, nuclear, railway sector, steel industry, marine, ports, logistics industries, etc. for direct, contract-hire, short-term, and shutdown recruitments.

• Conduct research and design a long-lasting candidate-driven recruiting strategy.
